Wollongong Speech Pathology is on the lookout for our next valued team member.

The Wollongong Speech Pathology team is 100% mobile. Each of us thrives on working both collectively and individually. Technology is a central piece in keeping us organised and connected. We are:

We care about our clients, our community, and each other.

Our services are innovative and engaging. We work with our clients to implement the best available evidence in all that we do.

We are passionate about a participation approach to therapy. This means that we work closely with clients and families to understand what they want to get out of their speech pathology service. This inclusive approach helps us to deliver meaningful outcomes.

We make ourselves accessible to our clients by delivering services in the community, at a time and location that is convenient. All information we provide to clients is available in “standard” and “communication accessible” formats. We also make ourselves accessible to our colleagues, promoting inter-professional collaborative practice.

All employees participate in our clinical supervision and professional development programs. We invest in high quality, evidence-based professional development.

All employees receive a mobile phone, iPad loaded with apps, and access to all the assessment and treatment resources you’ll need.

You’ll love supporting our broad range of clients, getting to know our network of allied health professionals, and travelling the gorgeous Illawarra and Shoalhaven!
